Upon arrival, community members will warmly welcome you with traditional Andean music, folk dances, and a heartfelt reception that reflects the hospitality and rich cultural heritage of the Andes.

The visit begins with a traditional Pachamama (Mother Earth) Offering Ceremony, one of the most important rituals in Andean culture. This sacred ceremony expresses gratitude for life, nature, and the abundance provided by the earth.

After the ceremony, you will participate in a variety of hands-on cultural activities.

Depending on the season, you may participate in activities such as:

  • Preparing the farmland.
  • Planting traditional Andean crops.
  • Harvesting seasonal produce.
  • Using ancestral farming tools.

This activity offers a unique opportunity to understand the close relationship between the Andean people and Pachamama.
