Palcoyo Full Day Tour

4:30 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. | Hotel Pickup

Your adventure begins early in the morning with pickup from your hotel in Cusco's Historic Center.

Drive to Cusipata

We will travel for approximately two hours through the scenic South Valley of Cusco until we arrive in Cusipata, where you'll enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast to start the day.

Drive to Palcoyo

After breakfast, we continue our journey to the community of Palcoyo, passing through the town of Checacupe, famous for its historic colonial and Inca bridge. Along the way, you'll admire beautiful mountain landscapes, rivers, open fields, and traditional Andean villages that have preserved their customs for generations.

Hike to the Palcoyo Rainbow Mountains

Upon arrival at the starting point, we'll begin an easy hike of approximately 30 to 45 minutes to the main viewpoint.

From here, you'll enjoy spectacular views of:

• The three colorful mountains of Palcoyo.
• The impressive Stone Forest.
• The majestic Ausangate Mountain.
• Herds of alpacas and llamas in their natural habitat.

There will be plenty of free time to relax, take photographs, and appreciate one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Vilcanota Mountain Range.

Buffet Lunch

After the hike, we'll return to Cusipata to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring a variety of traditional regional dishes.

Return to Cusco

Following lunch, we'll begin our drive back to Cusco, arriving in the city center at approximately 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
